Svitlana Frankova became Human Resources Director in February 2017. She has spent more than 15 years working in HR in different industries. Before joining Enwell Energy, she was HR Director at the marketing communication group ADV Group Ukraine. She was also an HR Director of the mobile operator Ukrainian Radio Systems (TM Beeline) and an HR manager for the retailer Sportmaster.
She graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine – ‘Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’ – with a master’s degree in Organisational Management. She also has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
