Vladyslav Dmitriiev was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) in October 2017. He has worked in IT for big businesses for 25 years. Before joining Enwell Energy, nearly all his career was spent working for mobile operators developing IT services for operations support and business support.
He started his career at Ukraine’s first mobile operator, UMC (Ukrainian Mobile Communications), moving on to Protek Flagships LLC, where he dealt with billing systems. For nearly 15 years he held managerial positions in the companies of VimpelCom Ltd (currently VEON): IT manager for ERP solutions development (PJSC VimpelCom-Region), Group CIO (CJSC Ukrainian Radio Systems, TM Beeline), Head of IT-architecture Development (HQ Vimpelcom Ltd).
During his work Vladyslav has had significant experience of building processes and implementing new solutions.
He graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic University, Electroacoustic Faculty.
