Chris Phillips was appointed General Counsel in November 2003 and became Company Secretary in July 2004. He has extensive experience in corporate and natural resources law, having qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a barrister and solicitor in Australia. He has practised in corporate law in both these jurisdictions over many years and has advised on a number of corporate and natural resources transactions around the world.
Chris holds a BA(Hons) Law from Staffordshire University.
